Richard Provost: Capital & Structured Finance
Richard brings nearly three decades of experience in institutional lending and structured real estate finance, with past roles at Wells Fargo Private Bank and Deutsche Private Bank. He has structured financing for high-profile, five-star resorts globally, including Ritz-Carlton Maui and CityCenter MGM Las Vegas. His role centers on capital sourcing, deal structuring, and aligning transactions with institutional, private, and vendor lender expectations.
Stephen (Steve) Ruggiero: Development & Execution
Steve is an award-winning operator and developer, leading one of Canada’s largest custom homebuilders (Kimberley Development Group) with extensive expertise in high-end residential project management. Recognized as a seven-time Builder of the Year, Steve oversees the acquisition strategy, development opportunities, and the on-the-ground execution required to enhance the underlying value of each asset. He currently has 30+ custom homes under construction and significant operational capacity.
